    Upload Your Inputs

    Paste or upload your job description and any briefing notes from hiring manager calls. The more context you provide, the better the screening.

    Review the Rubric

    Marxel generates a weighted rubric from your inputs. You can adjust weights, add criteria, or remove items before processing.

    Process CVs

    Upload up to 200 CVs at once. Each CV is parsed, evaluated against the rubric, and placed into a candidate bucket.

    Review Results
